Our brand new 6 resident co-ed home located in Rancho Cucamonga offers 24 hour care and supervision for residents with hospice needs and or dementia to a level where they need assistance with activities of daily living.

Family-owned small business
Activities: entertainment, singers, chair Zumba, monthly magic shows.
We have shared rooms and private rooms available.

OUR CARE SERVICES

• 24-hour care and support
• Supervised by Registered Nurse
• Medication and treatment assistance
• Furniture provided (twin bed, dresser, TV, lamps,
and bedside table)
• Laundry service
• All meals, snacks, and drinks provided
• Incontinence care
• Showering assistance
• Low-cost transportation to doctor appointments and chaperoning
• Walkers, shower chairs, wheelchairs, and lifts available
• Small dogs are allowed (under 40lbs)
• Wide range of visiting hours
• Hospice licensed to provide care for hospice individuals along-side their doctors and hospice agencies
